ABOUT PREMIER SHELTERS
Simon Sherwood has been connected to ponies, hunters and racehorses since he was born! The Pony Club was the start where he was a member of the Warwickshire Pony Club teams but his interests branched out into agriculture and horse racing.
He was Champion National Hunt amateur in 1980 and 1981 and then progressed to a professional National Hunt jockey. Highlights include riding Desert Orchid to victory in the 1989 Cheltenham Gold Cup.
His career has moved on to training race horses and selling bloodstock.
It is through these experiences and knowledge of horses that Simon Sherwood invented the Premier Shelter realising the necessity for a durable , attractive but solid mobile field shelter which would enable him to give his horses, ponies more fresh air, especially with the modern virus challenges but ensuring the horses have protection from the weather. The Premier Shelter fulfills these requirements but also lasts.
The Premier Shelter has been up and running since 2002 and is regularly modified as experiences warrant an improvement
